UK company insolvencies 2022

The increase in insolvencies over Q2 2021 grew by 81% over the same quarter last year and 13% over the previous quarter. This result is numerically the largest since Q3 2009. in 2020 there was negative growth in bankruptcies of British companies. In contrast, a steady increase in the number of new bankruptcies was already noted in 2021.

What is the forecast?
As Atradius Collections informs us, the second half of 2022 will continue to bring new bankruptcies. There will only be a slowdown in 2023 and 2024.
